Pediatric Physical Therapy at Jubilee Therapy
At Jubilee Therapy, our pediatric physical therapy services are designed to help children build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in their movement. Our licensed physical therapists specialize in working with children from infancy through adolescence, focusing on age-appropriate skills that support physical development and functional independence.
Whether your child is recovering from an injury, has a developmental delay, or is managing a neurological or orthopedic condition, we create personalized therapy plans that make progress fun and motivating. Through play-based activities, guided exercises, and family education, we aim to help children reach their highest potential in movement, balance, coordination, and everyday activities.
Our goal is to support your child’s growth in a warm, encouraging environment—celebrating every small victory along the way.
We commonly treat:
Delayed gross motor milestones (crawling, walking, running)
Balance and coordination difficulties
Torticollis and plagiocephaly
Muscle weakness or tightness
Gait abnormalities
Neurological conditions (such as cerebral palsy or spina bifida)
Orthopedic conditions (such as flat feet, toe walking, or post-fracture recovery)
Your child’s progress matters to us. At Jubilee Therapy, we are honored to partner with families to help children move, grow, and thrive.
Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) at Jubilee Therapy
Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy approach designed to help children with motor delays and neurological diagnoses improve their strength, coordination, and overall functional movement. At Jubilee Therapy, our trained therapists use DMI techniques to guide children through purposeful, repetitive exercises that stimulate the brain and body to promote new movement patterns.
DMI is especially beneficial for children who need support with gross motor milestones such as rolling, crawling, sitting, standing, and walking. Each session is tailored to your child’s current abilities, with an emphasis on challenging them just enough to build confidence and progress safely.
DMI is often used with children who have:
Developmental delays
Hypotonia (low muscle tone)
Cerebral palsy
Down syndrome
Genetic disorders
Other neurological conditions
Therapy sessions are active, engaging, and rooted in neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new connections. With consistent practice and therapist support, DMI can lead to meaningful changes in how your child moves and interacts with the world around them.
At Jubilee Therapy, we are proud to offer this innovative intervention as part of our commitment to helping children reach their highest potential—one movement at a time.
