Literacy Intervention
We believe every child deserves a strong foundation in reading and language. Our Literacy Intervention services are designed to support children who struggle with reading, spelling, and written language by addressing the underlying skills that support literacy development.
We proudly use the DuBard Association Method®, a multi-sensory, structured approach to language that integrates listening, speech, reading, spelling, and handwriting. Originally developed for children with severe language disorders, this method is also highly effective for those with dyslexia, auditory processing difficulties, and other language-based learning challenges.
Through carefully sequenced instruction and consistent reinforcement, children learn to make meaningful connections between sounds and symbols, improving both reading fluency and comprehension. Our trained therapists deliver literacy intervention in a supportive, engaging environment where every small step is a reason to celebrate.
Whether your child needs a boost in early reading skills or more intensive intervention, Jubilee Therapy is here to help them gain confidence and grow as a successful, independent reader.

Reading comprehension practice involves constructing a coherent mental representation of the information in a text. It is an active, interactive process that occurs before, during, and after reading the text.
